I’m Taeleen. I shoot, design, direct, collect references, overthink the details, disappear, and come back stronger.
I’m not a brand and I’m not a content creator. I create because it grounds me. Usually instinctually, sometimes obsessively, definitely slowly.
I like work with story and layers. The kind of stuff that provokes emotion. A little noise, a little tension, something honest.
Most of what I make lives somewhere between analog and digital. Old tools, new tools, whatever gets the feeling across best. I’m less interested in perfection than I am in presence.
I don’t really care about trends, personal branding, or feeding the algorithm anymore. Creative work is starting to feel flattened into something sterile, making it too repetitive and ultimately forgettable. I want to make things that linger. Things with personality and heartache. Things that maybe say too much.
The people who inspire me are still making work with heart. Against the grain. Online, offline, wherever. Thank you for that.
